![]() I shouldn't have to deconstruct my glass wall, just to remove a poster. Unable to pull things off walls if there is a glass wall. The only useful tech in the game is pressure suit, cold suit, sea truck, mk3 dive module (sea truck). ![]() I'm not advocating making end game resources more difficult to acquire, but needing it for some element of the story would be pretty cool to me. Nothing in the game requires it, and as a result, all of the attachments and tools for it are equally useless. The prawn suit is completely pointless. It severly decreased my over all experience with the game. How did this game pass through FQA like this? This should not have been released without the voices. The issue with all of the PDA voice acting being missing. Maybe i'm just a filthy casual, but holy hell, even with the use of Youtube these things were extremely difficult for me to find. Users shouldn't have to search Youtube to find these things. That includes the ULTRA HARD TO FIND AL-AN body components. With the exception of AL-AN waypoints, the game gives you nothing. But some kind of UI element that says 'find omega base', 'use the stupid penguin in this remote obscure cave', or 'disable the radio tower' would be really great. I get that this is a survival/exploration game. I never seemed to have this issue in the original. I shouldn't have to disect reddit posts to figure out where I'm supposed to go. Nothing at all indicating what your main objective/goal is. General feedback/suggestions/irritations: I hope future iterations add this feature, I know a lot of poeple want it, and have been asking for it since the first Subnautica game. If I could host, or pay for a hosted service to play with 2-4 friends, that would make this game a masterpiece. ![]() The only real piece of the puzzle thats missing is multiplayer. I loved the first one, and this is a great addition to the series. If the roof is not being used for anything else (particularly Solar Panels in shallower water), there is enough flat space to place Exterior Growbeds on it.Overall I love the game. It allows the player to customize their docked vehicle and fabricate upgrades for it, although all upgrades available through the Vehicle Upgrade Console can also be produced through the standard fabricator. ![]() The Vehicle Upgrade Console can only be constructed in the Moonpool. This allows the player to freely exit and enter the Seabase outside their vehicle without needing to use a hatch. The Moonpool also allows the player to access their base from the water via two ladders on either end of the bottom entrance. It should be built far enough so that a vehicle will not crash into the seafloor when it ejects, but close enough so that a Prawn Suit can easily reach the entrance with its thrusters. It is recommended to have an appropriate amount of space between the bottom entrance of the Moonpool and the sea floor. The rate of charging at a Moonpool is much faster than if one were to use a Power Cell Charger. Docked vehicles will be charged from the base's Energy, consuming the base's Energy to restore an equivalent amount of Energy to the vehicle's Power Cells. It can, however, undock vehicles without power. The Seabase that the Moonpool is attached to must have power in order to dock vehicles. It can be used to recharge, contain, and customize the Seatruck and the Prawn Suit. The Moonpool is a Seabase module which is constructed with the Habitat Builder.
